Code of Conduct of Agentur ME* GmbH

As a communications and event agency, we bear responsibility toward our clients, project partners, employees, society, and the environment. Our goal is to manage our projects professionally, responsibly, and sustainably. This Code of Conduct establishes binding principles that all employees, partners, and suppliers must adhere to.

  • We act in a lawful, transparent, and ethical manner.

  • We promote diversity, equality, and inclusion.

  • We commit to responsible and sustainable business practices.

  • We communicate transparently, respectfully, and on an equal footing.

  • We do not tolerate any form of harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior and strive for a work environment based on mutual respect.

  • We treat all clients and project partners fairly and with respect.

  • We ensure transparency in service delivery and cost calculation.

  • We reject any form of corruption, bribery, or unfair competition.

  • We select our project partners and service providers based on ethical, ecological, and social criteria.

  • We handle information responsibly and ensure the protection of confidential data through appropriate information security standards.

  • We systematically integrate sustainability principles into all our business and planning processes to make ecological responsibility a part of our daily work.

  • We preferentially select our suppliers, materials, and service providers based on environmental criteria and promote sustainable value chains.

  • We organize our internal processes as resource-efficiently as possible—for example, by using high-quality work equipment, durable products, digital processes, and conscious energy use and waste reduction.

  • We actively apply our sustainability principles and solutions to our clients’ projects and support them in implementing projects in an environmentally friendly, resource-efficient, and climate-conscious manner.

  • We regularly review our processes to make ecological improvements measurable and continuously develop them further.

  • We ensure fair working conditions within our agency and with external project partners.

  • We do not tolerate child labor, forced labor, or any form of discrimination.

  • We respect the rights of all parties along our value chain.

  • We promote the well-being and safety of our employees.

  • We empower our employees to provide assistance in emergencies.

  • We create a work environment characterized by trust, appreciation, and team spirit.

  • We promote professional development, personal responsibility, and participation.

  • We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or violence in the workplace.

  • Occupational health, safety, and a motivating work environment form the basis for excellent performance.

  • We ensure fair and appropriate compensation that at least meets legal requirements and promotes pay equity.

  • We support our employees through targeted training and development programs to sustainably foster their professional and personal growth.

  • We create conditions that enable our employees to balance family, private life, and work.

  • Violations of this Code are taken seriously and addressed.

  • Reports are treated confidentially, and whistleblowers are protected from disadvantage.

  • In cases of serious violations, we reserve the right to take legal action or terminate cooperation.

This Code of Conduct is binding for all internal and external parties acting on behalf of ME GmbH. It is reviewed regularly and updated as needed.
