Gardena and us have been collaborating since early 2025 – and it didn't take long to realize that we’re a great fit. Professionally, personally, and structurally. From day one, there was mutual trust and a shared drive to create something truly special.

GO LIVE 2026: International Hybrid Event.

Live, digital, and personal.

It kicked off in March 2025 with GO LIVE 2026, an international hybrid sales event that really packed a punch: complex structures, multiple business units, ambitious goals. For us, that meant listening, understanding, and building trust. And then developing solutions that brought everyone along for the ride – in close collaboration with Gardena's project team.

The result was an event that created a true sense of togetherness – no matter how you participated. Set at Neu-Ulm’s Wiley Club – transformed into a lush green space for the evening – around 200 guests gathered on site, joined by just as many tuning in digitally. Together, they experienced a dynamic show that landed emotionally and delivered on substance.

The feedback? Genuinely enthusiastic, across the board. Which was exactly the validation we needed – and clear proof of how well the teams could work together!

Gardena Brand Center: A Space for Innovation and Dialogue.

Creative. Identity-driven. And 100% Gardena.

At the same time, we got the chance to develop the new Gardena Brand Center: a brand experience space for Gardena to present their latest innovations to major international customers.

What made this task particularly challenging: Gardena was in the middle of a comprehensive brand relaunch, requiring us to develop a deep understanding of a brand identity still taking shape. Working closely with the brand team, it was our job to translate the new corporate design into an equally compelling spatial experience.
The result: An immersive brand tunnel as an emotional gateway into the brand world; clearly dedicated zones for the different product lines – and a cohesive content and design concept that makes the Gardena brand tangible in a fresh and modern way.

Here too, we received consistently positive feedback – from both the Gardena teams and their customers.

Digital Leadership Event: Strategy Meets Show.

Live on every continent.

 Another highlight followed in autumn: a digital leadership event introducing Gardena’s new five-year strategy. In record time, and in close collaboration with Gardena's communications team, we developed a format that was both informative and inspiring: an event in the style of a late-night show that spread across two days and was livestreamed worldwide – interactive, vibrant, and clearly focused on the core topics of the new corporate strategy.

The result: An event that thrilled all participants and earned the highest praise. One response even called the show "the best event in 20 years." Something we loved to hear!
