Since 2024, we've been supporting Alfred Pfersich GmbH & Co. KG in marketing their ice cream assortment – and from 2026 onward, their bakery supplies too!

What began as a single design project – updating the "Eiswelt Catalog" – quickly evolved into a wide-ranging, smooth-running collaboration: Pfersich brings product expertise and content – we handle the creative part from design to final artwork.

The result: marketing materials and brand events that deliver on design and performance – built on clear role distribution, short approval cycles, and mutual trust.

A fresh look – thoughtful modernization

Our brief for the Eiswelt Catalog was to refresh the design while respecting what was already working. We modernized visual elements, rebuilt the layout and overall structure of the roughly 180-page catalog, and improved how readers navigate through the content.

The result is a clear, appealing catalog that positions Pfersich as the go-to partner for artisan ice cream makers – covering everything from raw ingredients to shop fixtures. Well-organized, easy to navigate, with images and text working together to both inspire and inform.

Systematic in structure, flexible in content.

For the monthly ice cream promotion brochures, we developed a visual framework that ensures recognition while adapting flexibly to new content.

Based on this new framework, we deliver on a monthly basis:

  • Design and layout

  • Copy editing and refinement

  • Image editing and retouching

  • Final artwork and creation of print-ready files

This saves time in day-to-day operations and ensures that each edition is brand-compliant, clearly structured, and sales-effective – even with tight turnarounds and shifting product range spotlights.

From ice cream logo to full brand system

Alongside our ongoing projects, we’ve been jointly refining Pfersich’s brand design: modern, consistent, and future-proof. Step by step, we’ve been redesigning brand elements and integrating them into a clearly defined system.

This includes:

  • Redesign of the ice cream logo

  • Adjustments to color palette and typography

  • A new visual language for print, web, and social media

  • Redesign of central communication materials like the corporate presentation

This way, we’re building a cohesive brand world that works across every channel – and allows Pfersich to extend it across their full product portfolio as additional categories come on board.

Putting our event skills to work

In September 2025, we finally got the chance to demonstrate our event expertise for Pfersich. To mark the completion of their new logistics center, Pfersich hosted a trade fair where around 30 exhibitors showcased products and innovations for the industry.

This project highlighted the value of our full-service approach: Beyond design and communications, we also took on event management. Working closely with Pfersich, we set up a digital guest management system, coordinated space planning and event scheduling, and delivered a professional, brand-aligned event on a tight timeline – well-organized, smoothly executed, and warmly received by customers and partners alike.
